Ellerman House

The Ellerman House Collection, curated and managed by Head Sommelier Wayve Kolevsohn has a decade of Diners Club Diamond status awards under its belt. Wines from the cellar are only made available once they have been perfectly aged and are deemed ready for enjoyment at optimal maturity. Sophisticated storage is provided in state-of-the-art wine racks and separate, temperature-controlled maturation cellars for white and red wines. The Collection is made up of rare icons, perfectly stored and aged SA gems, and older vintages from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s.
