THE PORT2PORT MARKETPLACE EXPLAINED…
Port2Port offers you the biggest online selection of fine wines from around the world at the best possible prices while guaranteeing cellaring conditions and provenance. In order to do so, we do not operate from a centralized warehouse, but rather collect your wines from the winery or retailer warehouse and ship directly to your door. This means that when you shop from multiple sellers you may receive your order in separate shipments, the number of which will be indicated on checkout.
Where do we ship to?
We ship wine to any address within South Africa. For deliveries within the United Kingdom please shop from our UK website. For any specific shipping requirements please do not hesitate to contact us at help@port2port.wine
Shipping terms
Unless indicated otherwise, Port2Port shipping fees are R99 per vendor, with free shipping for orders over R1500 per vendor. For vendors that ship independently, shipping fees and free shipping thresholds may vary (details on the product detail page). Estimated delivery times for orders within South Africa range from 3–5 working days from the day of dispatch, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Delivery queries

Damaged in transit
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged products, Port2Port will either replace the wine, issue a voucher or process a refund for the damaged wines. Unsatisfied? If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products ordered via Port2Port, we will happily replace the order, issue a voucher or offer a full refund as required.
